Once a Portion or Oil or Bomb or Decoction is crafted, there are No More Re-crafting it to be used again. Except for Alchemy Substances. To re-stock Portions, Bombs & Decoctions, you need to Meditate. For Oils, you need to re-apply them on the weapon from the Inventory Menu.
