Can you believe the "Trailer Park Boys" is entering its eleventh season?
Apart from a brief hiatus, the show's been on the air since 2001, and is as popular as ever, thanks to the hijinks of Ricky, Julian, Bubbles and the rest of the gang at Sunnyvale Trailer Park.
Netflix announced the new season will be available for streaming starting on Friday.

"Trailer Park Boys" was one of the first "mockumentary"-style shows to hit the airwaves, preceding "The Office" and "Parks and Recreation."
The show was a continuation of a 1999 film of the same name, and there have been three feature films released since the show began.

According to Fame Focus, during the first seven seasons, including the Christmas special, the F-bomb was dropped a total of 1,284 times — an average of 46 times per episode.
The word "sh*t" is said a total of 967 times.
Almost 75 per cent of the swearing in the show comes from Ricky (Robb Wells.)

The actor who played Trevor (R) left the show because he said he was being paid too little and complained that he was mistreated on set.
In a blog post, Michael Jackson wrote about how he regretted going along with the director's idea to cut his hair into a mullet for Season 2.
By the end of filming "Trailer Park Boys: The Movie" in 2006, Jackson wrote "the only thing that could make me feel worse about my life would be to play bass for Nickelback."
He left the show the following season.

According to a friend of Mike Smith, a.k.a. "Bubbles," his iconic glasses were bought for him pre-show from Value Village — and quite possibly landed him a spot on the series.
In an Reddit AMA, the friend said when Smith's friends were writing the show "they didn't have him in mind (as a character), but when they were hanging out one time and he put on his act with the glasses, they really wanted him to be on the show with that character."

Sunnyvale Trailer Park is a fictional name, but the first few seasons of the show were filmed in an actual trailer park. However, the show decided to build their own trailer park set for filming as the show gained popularity, after residents complained about how disturbing production could be.
